The QBon Family program with all its service packages is the direct result of extensive target market research, international customer feedback and customer request analyses. QuaesTel created a tailor-made telecommunications product to specifically cater to the unique requirements of different ethnic groups living in the USA and Canada. The QLink Family service is currently available in three different subscriber packages, see details.
For all three packages universally there is no need for any special CPE or Internet; the customers are not bound by fixed term end-user contracts and may discontinue the use of service at their own discretion. To set up an account, customers will first fill out a simple Application for Service form online or by calling one of our Customer Service representatives. After an account is activated, subscribers may “register” up to two different numbers to call FROM eg.: home and mobile number. Customers will always dial a local or Toll-FREE 800 number to instantly access QuaesTel’s network. No PIN’s are required when calling.
